Joel has over 16 years experience working in recruitment from Recruitment Consultant to Regional Director roles since leaving University. As a consultant, Joel was consistently ranked a number one company consultant, progressing through to senior roles working with organisations from London to Manchester. He has experience of working with large onsite RPO’s, to new tech start ups where he has grown their entire workforce. He also has an in-depth experience of managing large teams of recruiters on a national basis and developing their own careers.
Joel works closely with his clients to advise their recruitment policy and processes. Joel’s relationships with his candidates span their entire career.
Joel is passionate about networking and connecting people. He is passionate and focussed on international specialist roles, headhunting finding the most exceptional talent for our clients.

Charlotte has over 20 years experience of working in recruitment, progressing from Resourcer up to Business Management since leaving University. As a Business Manager, Charlotte was a specialist in both temporary contracts and permanent hires, always delivering a high level of service. She thrives on connecting businesses with the best talent. For each client she works with she is committed to providing a tailor made, bespoke recruitment solution and understands that each organisation has unique cultures and values.
Some of Charlotte’s clients have worked in partnership and exclusively with her for over 10 years and she is proud to be their brand ambassador, representing them in the market as employers of choice. This means she often has unique opportunities that others recruiters wont have.
Alongside permanent recruitment in professional services, she has also managed large multi-site contractors running them onsite in partnership with internal HR and Operations teams.
She enjoys being the bridge between satisfied clients and satisfied candidates and making a difference to people’s lives. Charlotte is passionate about giving back to the community.
