Chief Marketing Officer (USA and Europe) – Global Automotive
Prescient Group worked with one of the worlds leading automotive brands in early 2021 to recruit a Chief Marketing Officer with experience of working within T1 automotive on a global scale to join the global C-suite. The targeted search assignment was working with the CEO in USA and sourcing talent from UK and Europe to head up and create and implement a strategy to a newly created role in their European division.
We spent time to create a recruitment programme and worked with our client to research and create a package for the UK market. We focussed on identifying and headhunting a very specialist and selective pool of candidates who matched the requirements. We supported our client through the interview process and provided all detail of UK employment law and requirements as part of our service.
The client was successful in appointing from this targeted search and started in April 2021.
CSO (Chief Sales Officer) UK & Paris, France – Chemical Engineering
We worked with a leading manufacturer to find a Chief Sales Officer to lead all aspects of strategy and building a team through a period of significant growth. In addition, significant investment had been made in new premises. We worked closely with the Managing Director and HR teams in the UK and France to create salary surveys and supported in the creation of job briefs. We identified 50 candidates and the organisation interviewed 5 suitable candidates.
A successful appointment was made within the timescale agreed and parties were delighted with the outcome especially as the successful candidate has already made a significant impact on the business.
Director – Manchester, UK. Medical and Pharmaceutical Innovations.
We have been approached by our loyal client in the North West after recruiting for two successful permanent hires to recruit a Director to lead and develop a new decision within medical and pharmaceutical innovations industry. Our client needed a unique blend of operational, technical, leadership skills within niche industry experience. We initially looked at salary benchmarking and identifying competitor organisations, headhunting specific candidates they knew of in the industry. We worked as the organisations brand ambassadors and selected 3 candidates which were taken through the interview process. We worked to negotiate the right package for both the client and candidate. The new appointment is due to start in May 2021.
