National Retailer – HR Advisors Contractors

We were approached by a household name in retail to recruit 4 HR Advisors on an interim basis for a 3 month period to deliver a project due to the impact of the Covid pandemic.

HR professionals in the current market are in high demand so we utilised our blend of recruitment technology and test traditional methods to find 4 experienced candidates. Specifically we used video technology to save our client time and resources as the role would be based remotely.

Our client didn’t have the time to put them onto their own employee payroll so we utilised our payroll services to manage the 3 successful contractors.
