National Law Firm – multiple office professionals
We were instructed with a project by a national law firm to recruit for a range of office based positions including secretaries, PA’s, Administrators & Marketing Executives within a 3 month period due to a company restructure.
Due to our market knowledge and key network we had candidates available that were not on the open market. Initially we looked at salary benchmarking analysis to make sure that the roles were competitive in the market. We then created a specific recruitment programme with agreed timeframes with HR, Operations and Management.
We identified competitor organisations and headhunted specific candidates our client knew of in the industry. We took 12 requirements and filled 11 in the set timeframes.
Consultancy – Executive Assistant
We were recommended to work with highly experienced Architects in Nottingham to recruit a permanent EA. Our client had spent 3 months using their own methods to recruit and had gone through a recruitment process offering a candidate who declined the role whilst waiting to start.
We worked with the company’s MD to create a new job brief and requirements that were realistic to the job market and the salary level they wanted to pay.
Within 3 days we created a shortlist of 5 EA’s who were successfully interviewed. After giving up hope on finding one successful person the company could have ‘offered all 5 to join the company’.
