Marketing Director – In-house (Manchester)
We were instructed by an international scientific health organisation in Cheshire to source a newly created Marketing Director role. One of the most critical points to the client is that new starters match the company’s unique vision and values. We worked closely and consulted the CMO and key business stakeholders to understand the culture.
Following a full search and selection process including in-depth headhunting, we shortlisted six Marketing Directors with specific industry knowledge. We worked with our client to develop an interview process including presentations. We also undertook psychometric testing for our client to understand each applicants motivators were inline with the organisations values.
All six candidates were taken to interview stage and one was successfully offered the position.
Due to the time we spent getting to know the organisation at all levels we were able to build talent pipelines for the business. We have since recruited a Marketing Executive and a Digital Content professional.
Digital Marketing Manager – London
The challenge in any recruitment process is finding a candidate with the correct mix of skills required by the role who then also matches the company’s culture, is willing to move jobs in the required timescale and of course the big one: the person is within the salary budget especially in agency lead organisation.
In order to guarantee success, we met and consulted with the company’s Director to really understand the business and requirements for the position. Rather than simply receive a passive instruction, we proactively worked with the client to create the job description of the role. Due to our expansive networking of over 20,000 marketing professionals we were able to proactively source and find 3 candidates who our client wanted to offer.
